STELLA is an interstellar drone synthesizer. She began life as an innocent experiment in GUI design based on an instrument built with bits and pieces from a variety of ensembles. That initial experiment failed, and she became the outlandish interface seen here. Over the top, definitely. One trick pony, no question. But she'll make some interesting soundscapes— if she enjoys your company. Be nice to her. She's always "listening."
